You want to get married in Las Vegas. You don't want fluorescent lighting and an archway eleven other couples used that morning. You want the dry lake bed with nothing around for miles, or the cliffs glowing at golden hour.

What you don't want is three months of figuring out desert permits, Nevada officiant law, and where to find a witness. That's the part that makes most couples give up and book a chapel. So we do all of it for you.

We handle the permit paperwork for your chosen location. This is the hassle that sends most couples to a chapel.

The ceremony

Michelle Brown, licensed Nevada officiant, writes and performs a ceremony that sounds like you. Pick from her scripts, customize one, or write your own vows with her help. Sweet and simple, funny, or the kind that makes everybody cry.

The photography

Me, personally. Every edited image delivered in an online gallery with full printing and posting rights.

A witness if you need one

Nevada requires one, and it can't be the officiant. Flying in alone? You're covered.

Michelle moved to Las Vegas in 2024 and brought a serious love of language with her. She holds a Doctorate in Education and spent years teaching English at the high school and college level, which is a long way of saying she is very good at finding words that sound like a real person said them. She's also my friend, which is exactly the energy these elopements are built on.

The practical stuff

Do we need a marriage license first?

Yes. Nevada law requires a valid Clark County marriage license before any officiant can legally perform the wedding. Both of you go in person to the Marriage License Bureau at 201 E. Clark Ave in downtown Las Vegas. It's open 8:00 AM to midnight every day of the year. The fee is $102, bring government issued photo ID, and you can fill out the application online ahead of time. There's no blood test and no waiting period, and the license is good for a year once issued.

Is the marriage legally binding?

Yes. Michelle is a licensed Nevada officiant, and she files your marriage certificate with the county after the ceremony. You leave married.

What if we fly in alone?

Nevada requires a witness, and it can't be the officiant. If you're coming by yourselves, we provide one. It's included.

How much does it cost?

All inclusive elopements start around $2,000 for one hour with everything listed above. Every package is custom, and two things move the price: the location, since permit costs differ from place to place, and your guest count, which affects the permit and anything extra we bring for your guests. Tell us where and how many, and we'll send you a real number.

Which locations can we choose?

The dry lake beds, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Mount Charleston, Lake Las Vegas, and Boulder City or Lake Mead. All places I've photographed many times, so nobody is guessing about light or timing. Somewhere else in mind? If it's permittable, we can explore it.

Can we bring guests?

Yes. Permits at some locations limit how many people can be there, and guest count factors into the price, so tell us how many you're hoping for and we'll match you with a spot that works and quote it for you.

What about weather?

Las Vegas is sunny most of the year, but outdoor permits are tied to a date, so we'll talk through weather and backup plans when you book. And for the record, more than half of my Florida photos were taken in imperfect weather, and they're still beautiful.

When can we book?

What about a videographer, flowers, or a cake?

Add ons are coming: videographer, live ceremony musician, transportation, bouquet and boutonniere, a cake to cut, extra photography time, and a second photographer. Ask and we'll tell you what's available for your date.
