Welcome to the McKenzie Stewart Weddings website. By using this site, you agree to the terms below. They're written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email mckenzie@msweddingimage.com and I'll explain.

Who I am

McKenzie Stewart Weddings is a wedding photography business owned and operated by McKenzie Stewart in Henderson, Nevada, serving Las Vegas and all of Clark County, with destination work by arrangement.

The photos on this site

Every photograph on this website belongs to McKenzie Stewart Weddings and is protected by copyright. You're welcome to look, to share a link to any page, and to save a photo for your own personal inspiration, like a wedding planning board. You may not copy, download, publish, print, sell, edit, or use any photo from this site for any commercial or public purpose, including on another website, in advertising, in a portfolio, or in print, without written permission. Vendors and venues who would like to use a photo can email me; I'm usually happy to arrange it.

The written content on this site is also mine. Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is fine. Republishing whole pages or articles is not.

Information on this site

I work hard to keep everything here accurate, including pricing, package details, and the Nevada marriage facts in the blog. Even so, prices are subject to change, availability changes daily, and government fees, permit rules, and hours can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. The terms of your photography are set by the written contract we sign, which takes priority over anything here if the two ever differ. Blog articles are general guidance from my own experience, not legal advice.

Booking

Reaching out through this site doesn't reserve a date. A date is reserved only when a signed contract and the deposit are received, and I hold dates only for couples whose venue is booked. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, delivery timelines, and image rights are all spelled out in the contract.

Using the site

Please don't use this site in any way that could damage it, interfere with other visitors, or break the law, and don't use automated tools to copy its content or photos. The contact form is for inquiries about photography; please don't use it to send spam or solicitations.

Outside links and embedded content

This site links to other websites and displays my full client galleries from my gallery provider. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and I'm not responsible for their content.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. I try to keep it available and error free, but I can't promise it always will be, and I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on the information in it, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
