Privacy Policy

This website belongs to McKenzie Stewart Weddings, a wedding photography business based in Henderson, Nevada. Here's what information this site collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: I collect only what you send me, I use it only to talk with you about your photography, and I never sell it.

Information you send me

When you fill out the contact form, you share your names, your email address, the type of session you're interested in, your date or venue if you have one, and anything you write in the message box. That information is delivered to my email inbox so I can reply to you. I use it to answer your questions, share pricing, and, if you book, to plan and deliver your photography. I keep it for as long as we're working together and for my own business records afterward.

If you email, call, or text me directly, the same applies. Your contact details stay with me and are used only to communicate with you.

Information collected automatically

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The company that hosts the site keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. If I add a basic visitor statistics tool in the future, this page will be updated to say so.

Services built into this site

  • Contact form delivery. Form submissions are processed by the hosting service that delivers them to my inbox. That service stores the submission so it can be delivered and so I can retrieve it if an email goes missing.
  • Photo galleries. The full wedding galleries on the Portfolio page are displayed from my gallery provider, CloudSpot. When you view them, your browser connects to CloudSpot, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
  • Outside links. Links to The Knot, WeddingWire, Instagram, Facebook, and other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Client photos

Photos of real couples appear throughout this site with their permission. If you're a past client and would like a photo of you removed from the site or from my social media, email me and I'll take care of it.

What I never do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
  • Add you to a newsletter or marketing list without asking you first.
  • Share your information with anyone outside the business, except the services listed above that make the site and the contact form work, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email mckenzie@msweddingimage.com. This site is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Questions are always welcome at mckenzie@msweddingimage.com.
